Gibson's Prime Angus
The signature beef served at Gibsons Bar & Steakhouse comes from carefully selected Upper Midwest producers known for exceptional taste, tenderness, and consistency. Gibsons Prime Angus is corn-fed for up to 120 days, aged at least 40 days, and raised to strict quality standards through close partnerships with breeders, packers, and processors to ensure superior flavor in every bite.
