Our Commitment to Accessibility
Hugo’s Frog Bar, is committed to providing a positive experience to all of our guests and to promoting accessibility and inclusion. Our goal is to enable everyone to successfully access information and conduct transactions through our websites, mobile applications, and other digital tools (collectively, the “Services”).

Conformance Goal
We are working to conform our Services to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities. We treat accessibility as an ongoing effort and continue to test, monitor, and improve our Services over time.
Steps We Are Taking
We are devoting resources to enhance the accessibility of our Services. Our ongoing efforts include:
- Reviewing our Services against the WCAG guidelines, including providing text alternatives for non-text content;
- Improving keyboard navigation and focus management;
- Working with our technology team and, where appropriate, outside specialists and counsel;
- Maintaining internal practices that promote accessibility; and
- Incorporating accessibility considerations into updates and new features.
